1990 is finally over

1990 is over. Finally. You can put away Please Hammer, Don't Hurt 'Em. You can stop watching Dances with Wolves.

(And I'll try not to remind you that most of the current staff was born after that year. And that many of the campers are now born in the 2000s. Haha, I just made you -- and me -- feel old.)

The point is: I finally finished the page for the 1990 staff. Each of the staff members has their own page now. The more information that is added, the more interesting it gets -- for me, anyway. I like seeing how the list of CITs gets bigger and how the list of all staff gets bigger and bigger and bigger. I like seeing the connections. I like seeing how many of us are in the family.

It takes a little longer than I expected, so I might spend March and even April finishing the 1990s. Then come the 2000s, the 1980s, etc. Step by step. If you want to pitch in but don't know how, leave a comment here. I'll happily teach you.

ISR Staff Alumni Fantasy Baseball League

It's almost baseball season. I bet that's pretty exciting if you like watching baseball. For people like me, it's really just an opportunity to beat other people at fantasy baseball. My baseball knowledge may have stopped in the days of Don Mattingly and Mike Greenwell, but I will beat you. That is to say: it's on.

ISR Staff friends, there are eleven remaining open spots in the ISR Staff Baseball League. Opening Day is 4 April. Do not -- I repeat, do not -- get left behind. The details are posted in the forum: Details for ISR Staff Baseball league. Note: the forum only works if (a) you have an account and (b) you are logged in. (If you have any problems, leave a comment, etc.)

My team name is Arrrrgh McCutcheon, in honor of all of the pirates that fought and died at the Battle of Boo Boo's Landing. May ye rest in peace.
